Shipping Information:
Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Shipping starts at $5.00 per order to USA.

International orders are shipped USPS Global
Priority Mail or USPS Global Airmail Parcel Post.

Please Note: International customers must use PayPal.

Orders ship same day or next day.
Special Orders usually ship in 3-5 days.

Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
Item must be returned in new condition in original packaging.

PreOrder Policy:

Please Note: We no longer accept Special Orders
or Pre Orders for any HO Scale Items.

To PreOrder please call or E-mail with the product
or products that you are ordering and please provide
your name, address, and phone number.  

PreOrders placed by the reservation date will be filled. 
PreOrder placed after the reservation date should be
filled but we can not guarantee it.

If you need to cancel a PreOrder for any reason we ask
that you do it as soon as possible and at least two weeks
prior to the product release date.
